The North Ballarat Rebels have made five changes to their side for this week's crucial Round 13 TAC Cup encounter with the Murray Bushrangers.
Four players who represented Victoria Country in the recently completed NAB Under 18 National Championships, Willem Drew, Jarrod Korewha (both Koroit), Hugh McCluggage (South Warrnambool) and Tom Williamson (Ararat) return to the Rebels side for the clash against the second-placed Bushrangers, who defeated the Rebels by 17 points in Round 3 and who are also set to welcome back a host of players from National Championship duties.
The Rebels will also blood a debutant against the Bushrangers, with Portland's Aaron Shepherd named to make his TAC Cup debut as the Rebels 23rd man this week after an impressive season with the Tigers at senior level.
Making way for these five players are two compulsory changes, with Naish McRoberts missing through suspension and Jamaine Jones through a slight calf strain, whilst Flynn Appleby, Zac Urquhart and Todd Clode will return to their local clubs.
