The successful applicant will manage the promotion, development and operation of various female football competitions across the AFL Goldfields region, with a further strong focus on female game development activities within the schools across our region, Auskick, club promotion, Coaching, Umpiring, etc. The Female Football Manager will also work with the Nth Ballarat Rebels Talent Manager and the Western Bulldogs FC to manage the Rebels Youth Girls Academy and to establish an Under 15 Girls Academy.
Imperative credentials will include:
• High level written and verbal communication skills.
• High level administration & presentation skills.
• Proven experience in administration, preferably in a sporting environment.
• Experience and understanding of football and netball clubs and league environments.
• Understanding of budgeting and financial responsibility.
• Tangible feel for marketing.
• Current Victorian Drivers License
• Strong work ethic, with ability to work flexible hours
