PictureDaniel Rioli set to debut
The Rebels are again back on Eureka Stadium this Saturday when they take on the Gippsland Power at 11:00 am.

The Rebels are coming off a strong performance earning their 5th straight win after showing another 4 quarter consistent effort against the Northern Knights. The team are hungry to repeat this performance and have trained well through the week to prepare them for a tough game ahead.

The Gippsland Power team are coming off a narrow 1 point win against Queensland after a strong start to the season. They will be hungry for another win this round.

The Rebels welcome another debutant into the team with the exciting Daniel Rioli (St Pats / East Point) donning the Rebels jumper for the 1st time. Daniel is the nephew of Hawthorn’s Cyril Rioli and we look forward to seeing Daniel show his fine skills against fine opposition.

We also welcome back into the line-up Todd Lawrence and Jonathon Neville who will add strength and height to the Rebels after returning from injury.

Alexandra Oval has just seen a major facility upgrade and the Rebels are very proud of bringing the best underage football competition in Australia to the town of Ararat and showcasing the new Alexandra Oval Community and Recreational Centre to the Wimmera Football community.

The game time has not changed and the game will begin at 1pm.
