The North Ballarat Rebels head to Epsom Huntly Reserve in Bendigo on Good Friday to take on the Bendigo Pioneers in Round 3 of the TAC CUP starting at 2.00pm.

The Rebels were very competitive against the Geelong Falcons last week at Simmonds Stadium going down by two points in what was a very high standard clash.
The Pioneers are coming off a large loss to the Murray Bushrangers and will be keen to gain a victory at this early part of the season.

Unfortunately the Rebels have lost talented Warrnambool youngster Tom Schnerring for the year, Tom will undergo a knee reconstruction after a serious knee injury that occurred during last week’s game.

The team will welcome 6 TAC CUP debutants for the game – Jarrod Berry (Horsham Saints), Christian Koroneos (Cobden), Tom Williamson (Ararat Rats), Todd Clode (Casterton), Lloyd Meek (SMW Rovers) and Charlie Lee (South Warrnmabool).

The Rebels U16 Development Team will be curtain raiser to the TAC CUP game. They will also be taking on the Bendigo Pioneers with the game starting at 12.00pm.
