Training starts at 11:00am sharp, so please arrive no later than 15 minutes prior - earlier if you will need strapping.
The session will start with a 2km time trial, followed by a break for lunch then a solid training session. Please bring your own lunch and water bottles.
The session will finish approximately 2:30pm.
